As Director of Consolidated Professional Services and Major Capital Works Program Management Specialist within Australia’s local government sector, Dr. Raj spearheads multimillion-dollar infrastructure initiatives, delivering innovative solutions that align with community needs and strategic objectives.
An accomplished scholar, Dr. Raj holds a PhD in Built Environment (specialising in project management), a Master of Science in Engineering, and a Master of Business Management.
